Disappointed in the response by bar staff and the dog owner of the singer support when I told them I was scared of dogs and that the singer support on the 10th Jan had dog off the leash in the bar and didn’t care about my fear/phobia of dogs when asked to control their dog and did nothing and neither did the bar management and I was so embarrassed and upset , I left my drink due to their poor response and will not come back again . No respect for customer concerns. All I wanted was dog to be kept under control and kept in leash… Patricia
